I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in therapy and assessment services for adults, children, and teens. THERAPY I work with individuals providing talk or play therapy. My approach is warm, supportive, curious, and playful and aims to build confidence and strategies to better navigate life's challenges. Therapy is both deeply relational and goal-focused, striving for increased satisfaction, improved life-savoring, and a greater sense of being present and connected with one's full self and with others. PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING & ASSESSMENT- I have years of psychological evaluation experience in various settings (community mental health, hospital, private practice), and I I work from a Therapeutic Collaborative Assessment lens. I have expertise in cognitive testing; learning disorders; and assessing for, supporting, and affirming neurodiversity (such as ADHD, Autism). I particularly specialize in in-depth emotional testing that facilitates insight and understanding about one's sense of self, interpersonal relating, coping tendencies, and overall emotional functioning, including prevalent feelings and perceptions, conflicts, insecurities, and regulatory capacities. Feedback is therapeutic, and recommendations are individually-tailored. Testing services can include verifying learning needs and advocating for academic support or standardized testing accommodations. Cognitive testing is available for school application purposes.
